Certification program overview

The LCP Leadership Accelerator™ Certification Program has been designed to help business advisors, consultants, leadership experts, coaches, and leaders introduce a systematic, results-oriented approach to growing the capacity of individuals and organizations to achieve their goals.

Starts with each participant completing the foundational reflective component of the LCP Leadership Accelerator (Phases 1-5)
6 x 90-Minute live sessions (synchronous) delivered online with multi-participant interaction
Introduction to LCP’s suite of coaching tools
One-to-one coaching engagement with each participant going through the certification process
One-to-one debrief with each participant once they have commenced using the LCP Leadership Accelerator with a client

Looking back to look forward

With a strong emphasis on personal accountability over 90-day sprints, participants go online to review their development and growth against their goals prior to resetting their goals for the next 90-day period. This automated process is part of their 12-month development journey designed to give momentum, energy, and confidence towards achieving their goals.

Your LCP-Certified Consultant dashboard

Once you are registered as an LCP-certified consultant, you have the ability to manage your clients from your own personal dashboard. Upon payment, user-codes you have purchased will be credited to your account. From your dashboard, you will be able to:

Purchase the number of user-codes you need for your clients
Email user-codes to clients that automatically sends them the relevant login information
Generate a Team Alignment Report for a team you initiated during the ‘launch a client’ action
Track your clients progress throughout the entire 12-months
Retract unused user-codes

Coaching Client Registration Process

Once you are a certified LCP Leadership Accelerator Coach you can order program user codes for your clients. Simply purchase the number of user-codes you need, and these will be credited to your account once you have paid. Upon payment, you will receive a receipt with a link that will take you to your personal dashboard for managing the distribution of user-codes for your clients.
